In China, other Vegetable Recipes are also prepared in this way as a spicy side dish for bland dishes or as spicy snacks for drinks. This recipe is time-consuming to prepare, but well worth it. The cucumbers are sharp and very spicy!

Procedure:
1. Repeat the salting and gradually drain the water, repeat the salting, repeat the process for 2 days until the cucumbers soften, lose water, shrink in volume and shrivel
2. After 2 days, take them out of the bowl, let them dry and cut the larger pieces lengthwise, put them in a 0.7 l jar, sprinkle each layer of cucumbers with spices and sugar when putting them in the jar, finally pour soy sauce into ¾ of the jar and cover the surface with vodka so that they do not mould
