Salted Potato Fritters in Thermomix

It’s almost Mardi Gras! We take advantage of it to dress up, and also to enjoy ourselves. Here is the recipe for salted potato fritters in Thermomix, tasty fritters in a savory version topped with ham and cheese, easy to make in Thermomix.
Ingredients:
500 g potatoes 500 g flour 1/2 packet dry baker’s yeast 2 eggs 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon salt 200 g ham slices 150 g Emmental cheese slice 1200 g water
Preparation in Thermomix:
Peel the potatoes then cut them into cubes and put them in the cooking basket.
Pour the water with 1 pinch of salt into the bowl then insert the cooking basket and set 28 minutes varoma on speed 1.
Then drain the potatoes and empty the bowl.
Put the potatoes back into the clean bowl then mix for 10 seconds on speed 10.
Add the flour, eggs, oil and yeast then set 5 minutes on epi.
Form a ball then put in a bowl, cover with a clean cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Deaerate the dough then roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of 4 mm.
Then cut out 8 cm diameter circles, about 20 circles.
Take one circle then place a small slice of ham and a small slice of cheese.
Cover with another circle then press weld the edges.
Repeat for the remaining dough circles.
For cooking you can fry them in hot oil or bake them in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
