Fantastically delicious and easy lángos variation! These sliders are very tasty and very popular. They are especially good as a side dish for various soups. They are simply great and perfect for the weekend

From the given ingredients, make a dough that is still quite soft and quite sticky, which you just use flour to shape into a loaf. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes.

Turn the risen dough out onto a floured board and roll it out to a thickness of 7-8mm. Cut the dough into larger squares/pieces and fry in enough oil on both sides.

These sliders/ pampushki taste amazing, they are light and not greasy at all They are delicious on their own or as a side dish with soups or various other dishes You can also vary the parsnips according to taste. Enjoy!
