Salted butter caramel ice cream with Thermomix

Summer is in a few days, it’s getting hotter and hotter and there’s no better way to cool down than with a good ice cream. Here is the recipe for salted butter caramel ice cream with Thermomix.
Ingredients:
For the salted butter caramel:
300 g liquid cream 100 g whole cane sugar 80 g salted butter
For the custard:
5 egg yolks
1/2 liter milk
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation:
For the salted butter caramel:
Insert the whisk into the Thermomix bowl, add the salted butter and whole cane sugar then set 4 minutes at 60° on speed 2.
Add the liquid cream, then program your Thermomix for 40 minutes at 100° on speed 2 without a measuring cup.
At the buzzer pour into a bowl and set aside.
For the custard:
Put the egg yolks in the Thermomix bowl then mix for 20 seconds at speed 4.
Add the sugar, cornstarch and milk then set for 7 minutes at 80° on speed 2.
At the buzzer, add the salted butter caramel, then mix for 1 minute on speed 5.
Pour into ice cube trays, then place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Next, put the ice cubes in the Thermomix bowl and blend for 50 seconds on speed 6, then insert the whisk and set 20 seconds on speed 4.
Serve your salted butter caramel ice cream right away.
