Salsa

A must-have side dish in Mexican cuisine. A spicy sauce (dip) suitable especially for roasted and grilled meats and savoury snacks.

Ingredients:

6 pcs of larger tomatoes 5-6 pcs garlic cloves 4 pcs green pepper pods 2 pcs

td>chillies 1 pc larger onion

1/4 cup green parsley or cilantro sprigs wine vinegar olive oil ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Wash tomatoes in hot water, remove skins and seeds, and de-seed peppers
2. Put the cleaned and washed Vegetable Recipes including finely chopped parsley or coriander leaves into a blender and blend for a little while (the resulting mixture must contain pieces of Vegetable Recipes, it must not be a complete mush)
3. Add a few drops of olive oil, a teaspoon of wine vinegar
4. Finally, season the mixture with salt and freshly ground pepper, mix well
5. Let the salsa sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Recommendation:

The salsa will keep in the fridge for several days.
