Salsa Crudo Sauce

This sauce is served cold separately in a sauce pan with a variety of prepared Mexican dishes.

Ingredients:

6 pcs of peeled tomatoes 2-3 pcs peeled green peppers 1 pcs larger onion 1 tsp salt fresh or even ground chili pepper, amount to taste

Procedure:

1. 1. Mix everything together and put in the fridge to cool
3. Serve the cooled sauce with various ready-made Mexican dishes.

Recommendation:

The best way to peel tomatoes is to cut them crosswise at the top, scald them in hot water and then immediately cool them in ice water, then they will peel nicely. Put the peppers back on the baking sheet in a very hot oven for a while, then take them out and put them hot in a plastic bag for a while, seal well, they will steam and peel well again.
