1 pk salmon 1 pk carrots 1 pk leeks 1 pk zucchini 2 pk tomatoes 3 cloves garlic pk olive oil pk butter pk salt, white pepper pk Lime Glaze

I’ve made this recipe several times, it’s from Polhreich on TV.
1. Salt and pepper the salmon and sear in butter and olive oil until pink. Skin first. 2. Sauté the garlic and carrots thinly sliced in oil. 3. Set aside. Then fry the leek slices and add to the carrots. 4. Season the zucchini slices as well and fry in oil. Add to the Vegetable Recipes. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Also add to the Vegetable Recipes. 5. Heat the lime glaze, pour over the Vegetable Recipes on the plate. As a side dish, roast sweet potatoes in the oven. Good taste.
