Salmon with Fennel and Citrus

Here is the recipe for salmon with fennel and citrus, a good light dish baked in the oven, well flavored with lemon and orange, easy and simple to make for a light meal.

Ingredients for 4 people:

700 g fresh salmon in pieces 1 fennel 1 lemon 1/2 orange 1 tablespoon olive oil chives salt, pepper

Preparation in Thermomix:

Heat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and clean the fennel then cut it into quarters.
Wash the orange te the lemon then cut them into slices.

Badge the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil using a brush.
Arrange the orange and lemon slices then place the salmon and fennel pieces and the remaining lemon slice.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, salt and pepper then place in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
