Salmon with celery puree

ingredients

Salmon:

800 g salmon with skin 100 g salt to taste ground black pepper to taste herbs (basil, rosemary…) a little oil/butter

Celery puree:

1 pk celery 100 g mushroom cheese a little butter to taste nutmeg to taste salt

For garnish:

fresh basil to taste shredded carrots to taste green beans to taste

The recipe comes from a popular cooking TV show and this delicacy was prepared by Vilo Habo and David Habo.

1. Salt and pepper the salmon and put herbs under the skin. Then sear it on both sides and let it bake in the oven for 8 minutes. 2. Boil the celery for puree, drain the water and mix it with butter, salt and nutmeg. You can also add the mushroom cheese to the puree, which will enhance the flavour of the puree. 3. Serve. The salmon also tastes delicious with cooked green beans.
