Salmon Tartare

Cold salmon tartare is certainly one of the favourite delicacies of various festive parties. It can be used on toast, on sandwiches or as part of sandwiches. There are many variations of salmon tartare.

Ingredients:

Range for 5 to 6 servings: 500-600 g of chilled skinless and boneless salmon fillet 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 pcs medium onion 1/2 pcs spring onions a few drops of lemon juice pepper salt Other: lemon moons onion and spring onion rings toasted toast, bagels, crackers…

Procedure:

Slice the salmon into small cubes

In a bowl with the salmon cubes, mix the finely chopped onion with the chopped spring onions and chopped capers, season with Dijon mustard, lemon juice, pepper and salt

.Mix everything thoroughly, let it rest for 5 minutes, then taste the tartare and season it with lemon juice, pepper and salt if necessary

Let the salmon tartare cool well, serve on toasted toast, toasted baguette slices, on sandwiches or use as part of sandwiches. Do not forget to serve lemon wedges, onion rings and spring onions with the tartar.
