400 g salmon 1 pk onion 1,5 tbsp capers a little sea salt a little ground black pepper 1/2 pk lemon a little onion parsley a little olive oil
procedure
1. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into very small cubes. 2. In a bowl, mix the chopped salmon with the finely chopped onion, chopped capers, season with sea salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice. Finally, add the chopped scallion and mix thoroughly. Let stand for a while. 3. Before serving, season with salt or pepper to taste, add a little olive oil and stir. 4. Serve with bread and mixed leaf salad.
