Salmon Tartare

The real sirloin steak tartare can be easily replaced with other ingredients. The taste is slightly different, but also great!
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Slice the smoked salmon finely or rather scrape it with a sharp knife
2. Add finely chopped shallots and chopped dill
3. Season the tartare with salt and pepper and acidify with lemon juice to taste
4. Serve on slices of buttered white bread.
Recommendation:
The hot sandwiches can be garnished with a hard-boiled egg cut into quarters.
