Salmon sprats

1 kg salmon fillets 1 pk Podravka fish seasoning 50 ml olive oil 2 pk limes or lemons pk mild Ajvar Podravka pk fresh oregano 16 pk skewers

Skewer the salmon cubes and lime on skewers and enjoy brand new spaghetti with your favourite Ajvar from Podravka.

Wash the salmon fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut them into 3×5 cm rectangles and place them in a bowl. Brush them with a mixture made from fish sauce and olive oil. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.

Cut the limes into thin slices. Take 2 skewers and skewer a piece of salmon on them so that the distance between the skewers is 1 – 1,5 cm. Then skewer a slice of lime, you can fold it in half and then the salmon again.

On skewers, alternate a piece of salmon and a slice of lime.

Grill the spaghetti prepared in this way for 2 minutes on both sides on a well heated grill or grill pan.

Place the cooked sprats in a resealable container, sprinkle with oregano, cover and let stand for about 2 minutes.

Serve with Ajvar Podravka and toasted bread pieces.

Final tip: Soak the skewers on the spit in water and let them stand for about 1 hour so they don’t burn when grilling.
