Salmon seduction

A crab or salmon dish at the grocery counter is easy to make at home. The secret to the mouth-wateringly delicious taste lies in the salt, sugar and vinegar.
Ingredients for four
200g salmon (in gravy, cold smoked, smoked, smoked. 1 apple 10 cm of leek 1 cucumber

Smoke or chop the fish finely.
Peel and finely chop the apple. Mandolin is a really good v&a;line.
Same for the leek (lightest part).
The secret of the salmon sauce lies in the simple combination of fat, salt, sugar and acidity. So mix the ingredients and taste. Then mix the fish with the sauce with a couple of splashes of salt and pepper and serve the salmon dish neatly.
