Salmon rolls with spinach

ingredients

1 pk puff pastry 330 g salmon 1 cube spinach frozen 1 pk egg to rub to taste salt to taste fish seasoning to taste minced garlic to season the spinach

1. I used Grandma’s Choice puff pastry with cereal. Roll the puff pastry slices out progressively on a board, spread the thawed and lightly seasoned spinach over them and spread the salmon slices, which have been previously salted, seasoned with fish seasoning and lightly fried in butter. 2. Roll up the slices, brush with egg and put them in the oven to bake until they are golden. When cooled, cut into rolls and serve with Vegetable Recipes. 3. To enhance the flavour you can add a spicy paprika spread, nuts, olives or ginger marinated in honey and lemon juice.
