Salmon Pancakes

Pancakes filled with slices of smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Stir the flour, beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, a pinch of salt into a smooth batter, let it rest briefly and gradually fry thin pancakes in heated oil
2. Wipe the soft cottage cheese with cream cheese, apple horseradish, finely chopped dill, salt and white pepper
3. Spread the salmon slices on the cooled pancakes, cover with the prepared cream cheese, wrap tightly and put in the fridge to set
4. Wash the salad, drain, spread on plates and place the sliced pancakes on the salad.
Recommendation:
You can also use another type of lettuce and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
