Salmon lasagne with spinach (gluten-free)

3 slices butter 3 cloves garlic 500 g fresh spinach 500 g Mascarpone salt ground black pepper 500 g salmon 1 pk lemon 1 packet gluten-free lasagne 150 g g grated parmesan cheese

Melt two slices of butter in a deep frying pan and briefly fry the sliced garlic.

Add the fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper and stir until wilted.

Add the mascarpone and stir to combine the mixture. Add more salt or pepper to taste.

Wash and pat dry the fresh salmon, discarding the skin.

Slice the salmon into thin slices, season with salt and lemon juice.

Wipe the casserole dish with butter.

Start layering – layer the gluten-free lasagna on the bottom of the baking dish, top with the spinach and mascarpone mixture, the next layer is the marinated salmon, and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.

Layer the lasagna like this until all the ingredients are used up.

Place the prepared lasagne in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

After removing from the oven, allow to rest for about 15 minutes before serving. Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
