procedure
1. Wash the salmon fillets, pat dry with a paper towel, season with salt and ground white pepper. Then coat them in plain flour on all sides. 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with the milk. Soak the fillets in the egg whites and then in freshly chopped herbs (dill, parsley, basil, oregano, etc.). Fry the fillets thus coated in a frying pan on both sides in hot oil.
