800 g salmon 3 tbsp fresh herbs 4 pcs lime 200 ml white wine 1 pk egg 20 g breadcrumbs 150 ml whipping cream 400 ml milk to taste salt to taste ground black pepper
procedure
1. Cut the salmon into smaller pieces. In a pan, mix the lime juice, white wine and whipping cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, chopped herbs, salt, breadcrumbs and a little milk. Fry the salmon pieces in the hot oil, pour the egg yolk-herb mixture over them and bake in the oven. On a plate, pour the lime sauce over the salmon.
