Salmon in herb butter

ingredients

300 g salmon fillets to taste salt to taste ground white pepper 2 tbsp herb butter 1/2 pk lemon

1. Wash the fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. Season them with salt and ground white pepper and let them stand for a while. 2. Then sear the salmon in a frying pan with a little melted butter on one side, baste it with butter, flip it over and sear it on the other side. Remove the salmon, drizzle with lemon juice and let it cool a little.
