80 g butter 80 g plain flour 200 ml water 100 ml milk 100 ml whipping cream 2 tbsp dill

A quick, delicious lunch.
1.
Slice the salmon fillet into 2 cm strips, roll them up and pierce them with a skewer, season with salt and a sprinkle of lemon.

Place in a greased baking dish, pour wine and stock over, cover and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
3.
Sauce.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
