Salmon in creamy sauce recipe

  • 600-700 g fresh salmon
  • <
  • 200 ml coffee cream
  • 180 g salmon cream cheese (any other cream cheese will do)
  • Salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of herb mix – thyme, basil, parsley
  • spread with olive oil
  • Preparation instructions

  • Clean the fish and cut into four equal pieces.
  • Heat the pan, pour the olive oil into the pan, add the chopped garlic cloves and the fish.
  • Prepare the skin side first, then carefully turn the pieces over and remove the skin.
  • Stir the peel, pour over the fish and add the seasoning.
  • Reduce the heat and bring the cream to the boil.
  • Serve with Vegetable Recipes, pasta or rice.
