Salmon croquettes

ingredients

400 g Alaskan salmon 1 pk onion 3 pk egg pk salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, solamyl, fat

step

Fry the chopped onion in the fat. Add finely chopped salmon. Season with salt and pepper and saute. Leave to cool. Add the egg and, if necessary, the salami. Make the flakes and roll them in the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat.
