Salmon Carpaccio

Italian carpaccio, this time from salmon.

Ingredients:

350 g of fresh salmon 1 pk red peppers 1 pk yellow peppers 1 pc of lettuce 1/2 pc dill bunch 4 tbsp olive oil juice of 1 lemon pepper

Procedure:

1. Clean, wash, dry and tear the lettuce into pieces
2. Wash, clean and dice the peppers
3. Wash the salmon, pat dry with a napkin, slice very thinly and drizzle with lemon juice
4. Then garnish the salmon with lettuce and chopped peppers
5. Mix chopped dill with oil, salt and pepper and spread on the prepared salmon slices.
