Salmon balls with tofu

ingredients

250 g salmon 200 g tofu 2 pcs spring onions 1 tbsp grated ginger 1 pcs garlic cloves 1 tbsp rice wine 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 pcs egg 3 tbsp salami to taste white pepper, oil

procedure

1. Tofu and salmon, mash with a fork. Combine and add the ginger, crushed garlic, wine, soy sauce, egg, chopped scallions and 2 tbsp of the salami. Season with pepper. 2. Work the mixture into balls. Coat them in salt and fry on all sides in oil for about 3 minutes.
