Salmon baked with almonds and leeks
ingredients
1 pk salmon fillet 1 tbsp olive oil 10 g grated Parmesan 10 g grated Eidam 150 ml cooking cream a little leek 20 g almond chips pinches salt, pepper 1 tsp fish seasoning
procedure
1. Wash the fillet, season and leave in the fridge for at least 1h. Place in a baking dish with baking paper and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. 2. Mix the Eidam and Parmesan with the cream. Place the thinly sliced leeks on top of the salmon, top with the cream and sprinkle with the almonds. Place back in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes more. It tastes best with grilled Vegetable Recipes or boiled potatoes. 🙂
