Salmon and leek lasagna with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for salmon and leek lasagna with Thermomix,a variation of a great classic, delicious and very simple to make, based on salmon, leeks and a creamy béchamel sauce, ideal for a good family meal.

Ingredients:

10 to 12 sheets of lasagna 400 g fresh salmon 1 shallot 6 leek whites 30 g butter 50 g water 60 g flour 500 g milk 1 pinch grated nutmeg 100 g grated Gruyere salt and pepper

Preparation:

Put the shallot in the bowl and then chop for 5 seconds at speed 7.
Add the leek whites then mix 5 seconds at speed 5.
Then add the butter, water then set 20 minutes at 100° on speed 1/ reverse.
At the buzzer pour into a container then keep aside.
Wash and dry the bowl then put the flour, butter, milk, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper then set 7 min at 90° on speed 4. In an ovenproof dish, alternate the béchamel sauce, the leeks, the salmon pieces and the lasagna sheets, then cover with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
