Salmon and leek flan, ready in 10 minutes
Here is the recipe for Salmon and Leek Flan, a light and tasty dish that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. This flan is easy to prepare for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for 4 people:
200 g smoked salmon 4 leek whites 70 g flour 250 ml fresh cream 4% mg 250 ml semi-skimmed milk 2 eggs 60 g grated Gruyere 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start by peeling and slicing the leeks, then cut the salmon into pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan then fry the leeks for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add the salmon pieces then season with salt and pepper and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Place the leek-salmon mixture in an ovenproof dish and set aside.
Beat the eggs in a bowl then add the flour, salt, pepper and mix.
Then add the cream, milk and grated cheese and mix well.
Pour the mixture over the leeks and salmon then bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
Finally serve your salmon and leek flan with a seasonal vegetable salad or this garlic pumpkin starter.
