This Albanian salad is very similar to Greek Tzatziki.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grate the cucumber coarsely on a clean cloth, wrap the cloth and squeeze out the water with your hand
2. Put the thick yoghurt, grated and squeezed cucumber, grated garlic into a bowl and mix well
3. Finally, pour in the olive oil, season the salad with salt and a few drops of lemon juice
4. Thoroughly mixed and put the salcë kosi in the fridge to chill for a while.
