Salad with roasted figs

4 pcs figs 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp honey to taste salt, ground black pepper 2 handfuls arugula 1 tbsp lime juice 100 g Feta cheese 1 handful walnuts
procedure
1. Wash the figs, cut them into quarters and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt and pepper. Drizzle a little of this marinade over the figs and place them in the oven to bake. Bake until they start to release their juices and turn golden in colour. 2. Pour the remaining marinade over the arugula (you can use another lettuce), add the sliced feta, nuts and figs.
