Salad with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes

Leaf salad topped with slices of mozzarella, topped with a mixed dressing of sun-dried tomatoes, basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and capers.

Procedure:
1. First, prepare the dressing; in a blender container, add the sun-dried tomatoes, basil and parsley leaves, capers, peeled garlic and pour balsamic vinegar over everything
2. Make a “nest” of lettuce leaves on a plate, place the sliced mozzarella on top, pour the finished dressing over the cheese and serve.
Recommendation:
Another Italian cheese can be used instead of mozzarella.
Note:
Mozzarella – Italian soft cheese from the Naples area, originally from Salermo, where it was traditionally made from the milk of water buffalo, with 45% fat in the dry matter. It is used for the preparation of pizzas. It can also be made from cow’s milk.
