Ingredients
4 servings 1 pc red onions 1 pc smaller ripe melons 2 pcs. Lime 200 g of feta cheese 1 handful of parsley 1 handful of mint 100 g black pitted olives 1 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch of ground pepper
Recipe preparation
1 Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin slices. Place it in a small bowl and sprinkle with the juice of both limes. This will give it a nice glossy colour and take away the spicy taste.
TIP. Cut the cheese into small cubes of about 3 cm (3,5 inches).
