Salad with fish and corn

400 g fish 200 ml water 200 ml white wine to taste salt 1 pk bay leaf 3 pk whole black peppercorns 3 pk whole allspice 250 g sterilized corn 250 g red beans 1 pk red onion
Sauce:
3 tbsp olive oil to taste lemon juice a little salt a little ground black pepper

Cut the fish into portions and put it to boil in about 200 ml of water mixed with 200 ml of white wine. Add salt, bay leaf, black peppercorns and allspice to the brine. Cook the fish until tender, remove it, drain and put it in a salad bowl. Add drained corn and beans, sliced onion.

Make the dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper and pour over the salad. Toss and let cool. Serve the fish and corn salad with toast or wholemeal bread as a light dinner.
