Salad with bryndza
ingredients
4 handfuls young mixed leaf lettuce 1 pk cucumber 4 pk cherry tomatoes 1 pk bell pepper 100 g bryndza 1 KL honey 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil salt
procedure
1.
Tear the leaf lettuce into pieces. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and peppers.

Crumble the chard into chunks and add to the Vegetable Recipes. Toss.
3.
From the oil, honey and lemon juice prepare a dressing to pour over the salad. Season with salt.
