Neapolitan Pasta

Cooked pasta baked with sauteed mushrooms, mozzarella, parmesan, olives and tomatoes.

Procedure:
1. Peeled onion chopped finely, garlic chopped coarsely, fry in hot oil, add cleaned, sliced mushrooms, chopped basil, salt, pepper and simmer until tender
2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions in salted water, drain it, let it drain, add the sliced tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and mix everything together
3. Put part of the pasta in a greased baking dish, spread the slices of mozzarella and olives on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, cover with the second layer of pasta and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve with a vegetable salad.
