Salad of fresh spinach leaves

1 packet of fresh spinach leaves 1 clove of garlic pcs parmesan cheese pcs cooking cream or whipped cream pcs salt, black pepper

Great salad, so different :-)) and incredibly fast…

Prepare all the ingredients – either have a packet of spinach leaves from the store – or about 80-100 g of spinach from your own garden, for example

The recipe is very simple. Clean, wash and dry the spinach leaves (a salad spinner is a great helper – I recommend getting one if you make salads often)

In a bowl, season the spinach with salt and pepper and add the finely chopped garlic (I don’t add it to this salad so it’s not too pronounced). Add the grated parmesan and pour the cream – appropriately 🙂 – so that it is not dry but not very “wet” either. Stir.

Serve with food where we want a green salad – for example with chicken sauté – I personally like this salad best and eat it with meat most often. Bon appetit.
