Salad Nicoisé

This vegetable salad with tuna is one of the gems of Provençal cuisine.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 300 g of tuna in oil 100 g pitted black olives 8 pcs tomatoes 8 pcs basil leaves 3 pcs of eggplant 2 pcs of smaller onions 2 pcs fresh peppers 1 pcs snake cucumbers 1 pc garlic cloves 6 tbsp olive oil ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Wash and drain the Vegetable Recipes thoroughly
2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, slice the cucumber, slice the peeled peppers into rounds and finely chop the peeled onion, and rub the garlic with salt
3. Hard-boil the eggs, cut them into quarters when cooled and peeled
4. Mix the olive oil with finely chopped basil, season with salt and pepper
7. Pour the seasoned oil over the salad, garnish with olives and chill.
