Salad for sandwiches

300 g soft sausage 2 pcs cooked carrots 1 can peas 1 can corn 1 can mushrooms 3 pcs potatoes cooked in skin 3 pcs hard-boiled eggs 200 ml mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 pinch of sugar pcs salt pcs ground black pepper

Salad not just for sandwiches:

Cook the carrots and cut into small cubes. Drain the sterilised peas and corn. Drain the mushrooms and chop finely. You can also use frozen Vegetable Recipes, but you must boil them. Dice the potatoes cooked in the peel and the hard-boiled eggs. Cut the salami into thicker strips. Mix everything together.

Mix the butter, cream and mustard, season with worchestrva sauce, a pinch of sugar, salt and ground pepper. Toss with the Vegetable Recipes and season if necessary. Let the salad rest.

Salad can be used to make sandwiches, but can also be served as a separate dish.
