100 g chocolate 150 g fresh butter (fat) 2 pk eggs 100 g very fine sugar 100 g jam for filling 150 g plain flour with baking powder 1 tbsp carob powder / cocoa 1/2 KL baking powder 1 pinch salt

This recipe is perfect for a children’s party.It was just made for my daughter Terezka’s 5th birthday.She made different colored creams and candies for the topping and they matched her dad’s too. These cupcakes were also a treat for the grandparents who love them with tea or coffee.

Melt the chocolate with butter.

Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and jam.

Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into chocolate mixture.

Fill paper muffin cups with the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
5.
Coat the baked muffins with apricot jam and chocolate glaze.
