Simple, very old recipe made from the day before cooked, grated potatoes, coarse flour, milk and lard. It comes from the Bohemian Forest.

Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes cooked the day before, grate into coarse noodles, add salt and mix with coarse flour on a rolling pin to form crumbs
2. Spread the crumbs on a greased baking tray, place in a preheated oven, bake, stirring occasionally with a fork to prevent them from sticking together until light brown
3. Pour the baked crumbs into a bowl, drizzle with a little milk, cover the bowl to soften
4. Put the crumbs on a plate, brush with melted butter or fried onions in lard, serve with sauerkraut or chalamada.
