Roasted beef roasted on Vegetable Recipes, topped with broth and white wine, served with cream sauce with mushroom insert, garnished with cranberries and whipped cream.

Procedure:
1. Rinse the rinsed, dried beef and stuff with English bacon cut into strips (it is good to freeze the bacon wedges), add salt
2. In a roasting pan on the stove, cook the diced smoked bacon, sprinkle it with vinegar, add 2 dcl of broth (water) and cleaned, diced Vegetable Recipes, mix everything and season with pepper, also add salt
3. Finally, pour the wine over the meat, cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until tender, baste the meat with broth or water during baking
5. Remove the finished beef, put the other ingredients in a blender container and blend everything thoroughly and strain through a sieve into a pot, soften the sauce with cream and dilute with broth if necessary
6. At this stage, add the well drained and sliced mushrooms to the sauce, sweeten and salt the sauce to taste, heat for just a moment and serve
7. Serve the slices of meat covered with cream sauce, garnished with lemon wedges, cranberries and whipped cream, with a bun dumpling.
