Russian Rolls

Snaps smeared with mustard, stuffed with sauerkraut and bacon, stewed on onion base with peppers until tender.

Ingredients:

600 g beef (top shawl) 150 g of sauerkraut 2 pieces peppers (green and yellow) 1 pk onions bacon Creole mustard smooth flour ground pepper cream variety cumin oil salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Then cover with bacon strips, sauerkraut, wrap and tie with thread
3. Fry peeled, finely chopped onions and cleaned, sliced peppers in hot oil, add the rolls, cover with broth and simmer until tender
