Ruffled Bride

Crushed potatoes layered with grated apples, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, topped with beaten eggs and milk, baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

500 g boiled potatoes 500 gapple 50 g of butter + for greasing 4 pcs egg 1 cup milk sugar semolina ground cinnamon

Procedure:

1. Peel and coarsely grate the cooked potatoes
2. Grate the peeled apples coarsely
3. Place alternate layers of grated potatoes and apples in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with sugar, ground cinnamon, and the last layer is potatoes
4. Finally, pour the beaten eggs and milk over everything, cover with flakes of butter, put in the oven and bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
