Rožmberské ribs

Roasted pocket of pork ribs filled with sausage rounds and cucumber cubes, braised in the oven under the lid until tender. Recipe from Třeboň region.

Ingredients:

500 g of roast pork 130 g fine sausages 100 g of sour pickles smooth flour fat water water pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut off the thicker bone from the rib roast, cut the chops lengthwise and place thicker sausage rounds and cucumber cubes in the pocket
2.

Recommendation:

Serve the stuffed ribs prepared in this way, for example, with roasted potatoes.
