Rösti with pork
Swiss classic, potato pancakes served topped with roasted meat.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Boil the cleaned potatoes in their skins until semi-soft, drain them and peel them
2. Grated on a coarse grater and mixed with milk
3. Bake under the lid until the pancake is golden on the bottom, then remove the lid, lift the bottom and finish baking
5. Slice the pork, fry in oil or in the oven
6. Divide the pancake into four equal portions, garnish each with a piece of meat and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
Serve sterilized Vegetable Recipes, tomatoes, cucumbers or vegetable salad as a side dish.
