Ingredients:

Recipe for 2.5 kg: 3400 g of low fat sirloin (cooked)

. 60 g salt 5 g ground pepper 5 g ground paprika oil

Procedure:

1. 1. Place the roasted meat in a preheated oven at about 170 °C and bake until tender, turning the meat once (the average baking time is 45 minutes, but it depends on the size of the meat and the type of oven!)

Recommendation:

Roasting time also depends on the quality of the meat and the intensity of the roasting.

Note:

The meat should be pink and juicy inside after baking.We recommend using a hot air oven or directly a pro-quality convection oven with an induction needle.See also the recipe.
