The Rossini cocktail is a fresh strawberry cocktail, and perfect for summer, for extra flavor we add a few slices of lemon. If you have never tried this homemade cocktail, make it soon! We recommend it!
This cocktail is super easy and quick to make, makes with 1/3 strawberry and 2/3 prosecco or any other sparkling wine.

Ingredients:
300 ml sparkling wine 150 g strawberries 1 lemon cut into thin slices
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems, then blend them in a blender until pureed. Pour the resulting strawberry puree into the glasses.
Then add the chilled sparkling wine and mix well.
To garnish, add a few pieces of strawberry, the lemon slices and a little mint to the glasses. Finally serve your Rossini cocktail.
