1.25 litres water 20 g rose hips to taste sugar to taste lemon

Add the rose hips to the boiling water. Cook them on a low heat for about 5 minutes.

Then remove the tea from the stove and let it infuse for another 5 minutes.

Strain the tea and serve it with sugar and lemon.
