1 kg rose hips 500 g sugar

Place the rose hips in a saucepan and cover with water so that they are completely submerged. Let it cook long enough until the rose hips are soft. Add water if necessary to keep them submerged

Pass the cooked rose hips through a sieve. Blend this rosehip mixture thoroughly with an immersion blender.

Add the sugar to the rosehip mixture. Put about 1 ladle of jam in a pan and let it simmer for a while. When it thickens, pour into the prepared washed glass.
