Romadour in beer

Romadour cubes marinated in beer brine.

Ingredients:

300 g of romaine 100 g pickled bulbs 2 pcs bulbs 5 dl light beer a handful of chopped green parsley ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the romaine into larger cubes and place in a bowl
2. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, peeled and sliced onion and drained pickled onions
3. Mix everything carefully
4. Fill the mixture into a jar, pour beer and close
5. Leave at room temperature, preferably overnight
6. Store briefly (2-3 days) in the fridge.
